Sleep up to 10 people in this private 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom cottage located on the Nottawasaga River. The farmhouse feel of the roost comes from the exposed beam work in the living room, the tongue and groove walls and the various pieces of rooster themed decor. On the second floor, the main bedroom hosts 2 double size beds with wrap around windows, while the other two bedrooms have double beds and a view of the water. There is a 3 piece bathroom nearby and a 2 piece bathroom complete with modern fixtures attached the house with outdoor access. In the living room there is a Flat screen TV, cable access and DVD Player. A double futon, leather love seat and chair for your comfort. Walk out the back door to a sun-room that has a ceiling fan, small couch,table and chairs that overlook the sand filled waterfront area with fire pit. Fresh Linens can be provided for you during your stay, which would include duvet cover, sheets, pillows and bath towels. The Roost has three parking spots and high speed WiFi access is also available to our guests should you require.
