Property Description

This 2BD, 2Ba ski condo (950sq ft)is on the ski-run corner and the 1st floor so it is THE BEST location for ski in and out. Enclosed parking is directly under the unit. There is a shared jacuzzi hot tub in the building. You ski DOWN to the main mountain lift and lodge from this unit. Popular sledding run is just outside the door. Corner units have additional balcony and window space. Unit is fully equipped for cooking and has cable TV, CD stereo, VCR and DVD player. Ski or board DOWN to chairs 2 and 3, and the Giant Steps Lodge; ride up the chair and ski or board back DOWN to the condo via the Shotgun ski run. 10 steps up the porch, and you are at the door to our unit (#61). Popular sledding and snow play area just outside the door. Please, no smoking in unit.

Close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park. Summer mountian biking trails are just outside and the summer Shakesphere Festival is just down the hill (40 minutes) in Cedar City. Bike rentals available.
