Set on the shores of the beautiful 90 acre Raccoon Lake and incorporating an additional 7 smaller lakes around this 24-hour gated community. The house comprises a spacious master bedroom (queen size bed), walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and walk-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom situated adjacent bedrooms 2 and 3. The house is open plan with sitting area, dining area, kitchen/breakfast room, giving access to screen room with patio furniture. The kitchen is expertly fitted with a full range of cupboard and drawer units. Naturally, there is air conditioning, fitted carpets throughout, colour television (cable), stereo sound system in kitchen area and phone providing free local calls.

The house is comfortably furnished including bed linen, towels, crockery, utensils, etc. for up to 8 people (7/8 person accommodated on queen size sofa bed in lounge). Outside there is ample covered driveway parking for two cars and the nearer of the three swimming pools is approximately 5 minutes walk away.
The Clubhouse with
2 further swimming pools, toddler pool and sports facilities is 10 minutes walk away.
