This cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people and is completely furnished with a hot tub, sun deck, complete kitchen, BBQ, TV / VCR / CABLE, stereo with CD player, and washer / dryer. There are apple trees in the yard and a beautiful semi-private beach a short walk away. Kip's quaint river cottage is located on a quiet country street in Guerneville with it's own private neighborhood beaches. This house offers a great deck for barbequing, lounging and dining. This is also where you will find the hot tub, where you can enjoy a tub in the sun or relax whilst looking up at the stars. An attractive sun room is the perfect addition to a wonderful deck. The comfy living room is great for lounging or entertaining. There are two beaches behind Kip's Cottage. One's nice and big with ample shallow wading areas for children, and plenty of deep sections for great swimming and kayaking. With hidden hiking trails, a beautiful stretch of the river, and close proximity to all of the Russian River's greatest assets, Kip's Cottage is the perfect River Getaway.
