Part Of The Beach and Dock (Boat Pickup) This is a partial view of the sandy beach, 3-level freshwater pool, easy entrance to the ocean for swimming, snorkeling and scuba, dock serves all dive and fishing boats. Even a boardwalk at the water\'s edge. Look how clear that water is! Snorkeling is wonderful here.
Each of the 4 Master Suites Has Its Own Private Attached Bath There are four master suites, each with their own attached full bath. Two Suites have king beds and sliding glass doors to the 50-foot oceanfront terrace. Suite 3 has two queen beds and two small balconies (6\' x 2\') with sliding glass doors with town and partial ocean views. Suite 4 has a king bed and one small balcony (6\' x 2\') with a sliding glass door with town and partial ocean view.
Fully-equipped Oceanview Kitchen The fully-equipped kitchen has deep green granite countertops, GE appliances including dishwasher, microwave, disposal, etc. --and a delightful view of the ocean!
The Oceanfront Living Room Yes, this was taken from the balcony! The living room has a 10\' high sliding glass wall that opens to the 50-foot oceanfront terrace and features a Natuzzi leather sectional we imported from Italy, widescreen stereo LCD TV with Dish Network + HBO, DVD player & DVDs, CD player.
The Oceanview Dining Room The dining room seats up to eight and has a wonderful ocean view. Dishes, flatware, pots and pans, etc. are of course part of the fully-equipped kitchen. We can provide a private chef for any or all of your meals (not included in the rate).
One Of The 2 Suites Opening Onto The Oceanfront Terrace! This is one of the 2 oceanfront suites that open onto the private 50-foot terrace (the other two have town views). All suites have attached private baths with shower, ceiling fans (the condo has 2-zone a/c as well), closet, dresser, nightstands with reading lamps, iron, hair dryer, makeup mirror, linens, towels, soap, etc. Three suites have king beds, one has two queens.

There are a few luxury condo and hotel properties in Cozumel. Problem is, they're all miles from town. Unless you want to eat in the same mediocre tourist trap restaurant every day -- they figure you probably will, so why bother with good food and service? -- you have to rent a car or pay $10.00 - $20.00 or more plus tip for a taxi EACH WAY to take you to a decent place for dining, shopping or nightlife.
