It is downstairs and has an oceanview from the lanai. It is a 30 second stroll from our front door to the beach gate. Go to sleep at night with the peaceful sounds of the surf. Wake to native Hawaiian bird song. Our studio condo is perfect for two people or for two adults and one small child. It has a queen size bed and sofa sleeper. Our studio condo has a 440 square foot floor plan, small fully-equipped kitchen, a dressing room and bath, and a 70 square foot lanai. The ground level lanai looks out to a serene garden and beautiful ocean view. The condo is about 135 ft to the waters edge. It is a 45 second stroll from the condo to the beach. There are ceramic floors throughout, a queen bed, ceiling fan, a full size refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, garbage disposal, toaster, bathtub with shower, hair dryer, ironing board, telephone (free local calls) with answering machine, 27 inch TV, DVD, CD,and VCR players.
