Property Description

This is a great cottage. The owners take so much pride in keeping it rustic and clean. There is an old brick fireplace that adds to the atmosphere. A full kitchen supplied with all you need. There is a short walk down to the water where you will be in awe of the view of Black Bear Mountain. The State of New York owns 2/3 of 7th Lake so it is well preserved and quiet. You can swim off the shore or fish off the dock. There is no personal water crafts allowed (jet skis). There are three bedrooms each with a full bed/two full beds in one room upstairs. There is one shower bathroom downstairs. *no smoking indoors **no pets**** I would like to add a special note...the stairs to the water front are a bit steep, please be careful. If you have children please feel free to bring a tv/vcr combo in case it rains, there is not one in the cabin.
