You will have 280 feet of private river frontage to fish and relax to your heart's content. The home is situated on 1 acre, with a large deck that extends to the river's edge. There is a gas BBQ on the deck available for your use. The master bedroom has a king-sized, custom aspen log bed and a full bathroom with shower. The second floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. The downstairs living room is equipped with a satellite TV, stereo system, and DVD/VCR for your use. There are floor-to-ceiling windows for spectacular river/mountain views and a fireplace for chilly evenings. (Firewood is complimentary!) The kitchen is full sized, with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, all cooking utensils, and dishes. There is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
