La Casa Mariposa aka "the butterfly house" is owned by Alaskans, Tom and Arlene Stoelting of Wasilla. This is a new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit located in the beautiful resort of Puerto Aventuras, about 40 miles south of Cancun. The resort boasts a sandy beach, a lovely harbor, golf course, dolphin swim, swimming pools, tennis courts, the Omni Hotel, many activities, shops and restaurants. This unit overlooks a magnificent swimming pool and has an ocean view. It is 2,179 square feet which includes a huge partially covered patio with hot tub. This unit can be rented as a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom unit.
