This WayToStay.com airconditioned vacation rental is in the very centre of Barcelona, just 150 meters from Las Ramblas and a few doors from the Palau Guell - one of the most stunning and impressive works by Antoni Gaudi, plus the Placa Reial is just at the end of the street.
The apt. has quality wood flooring and has just been re-decorated with very tasteful new furnishings throughout. The living space is ample and has separate spaces for relaxing and dining; and a balcony with sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee maker and toaster etc.The new bathroom contains a full length bath including a shower, toilet and sink .
The apartment has all modern conveniences including a TV and a stereo; it can sleep up to 4 people.
There is one spacious double bedroom, and a bedroom that sleeps 2 with comfortable bunk beds. It is on the second floor but there is no lift.
Despite a very central location, this flat is very quiet. The whole area is full of restaurants, bars and shops, with the metro stations just a short walk away.
