Casa Leopardo is a beautiful four-bedroom villa located in a tranquil setting between Praia da Luz and Burgau with breathtaking views to the mountains of Monchique. All the rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished by one of the Algarve’s leading interior designers. The main bedroom suite is very large with an emperor-sized bed with a walk in dressing room and shower room. French doors open out onto a small terrace with beautiful views. The villa has a further three twin bedrooms, one having an en-suite bathroom. There is a further full bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails. The sitting room is comfortable with large sofas and armchairs and for winter lets there is a slow burning log fire. There is a wide screen television, video player and CD radio cassette player. The dining room has French doors leading to the garden. The well-equipped kitchen is large and fully fitted. Amongst its appliances is a microwave and dishwasher and there is a separate laundry room with washing machine. The villa has a safe and security alarm system. There is a telephone for incoming calls. When designing the villa, extensive thought was given to comfortable outdoor living. The deep blue tiled swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has built-in steps at the shallow end. The pool can be heated if required at an extra charge. The garden area beyond the pool and at the front of the villa has been landscaped and planted using colourful local shrubs, climbers and fruit trees. On the pool terrace there is a built-in barbecue and covered area with tables and chairs for dining out. There is a large outdoors games room with a table tennis table and darts board. The carport at the side of the villa will fit two small cars. Casa Leopardo is conveniently situated just five kilometres west of the fishing town of Lagos and close to the village of Espiche. Tennis courts can be hired in Luz and at Parque de Floresta, where there is also squash, riding, a gym and a pampering beauty salon. There are riding stables at nearby Almadena and Bemsafrim offering rides through the beautiful Algarve countryside. The villa is four kilometres from the beautiful sandy beach of Luz. There are many more beaches just a short drive away including the wild beaches of the west coast which are ideal for surfing. Boavista, Palmares, Penina and Parque de Floresta golf courses are less than thirty minutes away.
