This four bedroom air-conditioned villa enjoys a delightfully secluded half acre plot bordering the magnificent Quinta do Lago golf course’s 6th fairway. Faro Airport is twenty minutes away. Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive golf and beach development in Portugal and rivals any resort in the world. It consists of four golf courses, lakes, a bird sanctuary and a wonderful natural sandy beach with no buildings. Golf, golf, tennis, riding, sailing and wind-surfing are on the doorstep, as is great shopping and a tremendous choice of great restaurants plus two top class night clubs are all there for you. Accommodation at Casa Seletar consists of a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a third double bedroom with a bathroom shared with the fourth and final bedroom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. There is a large open plan sitting room with an open fire and this leads on to the dining room where there is a wood burning stove. The villa is equipped with satellite television. There are marble floors throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. The laundry room has two automatic washing machines. A cot and high chair are available. The villa is set on high ground and enjoys full sunshine all day through to the evening sunset, ideal for dining al fresco. There is a large heatable private swimming pool (10mx5m) and terraced area with lawns bordering the fairway with beautiful views down the fairway. There is a barbecue and plenty of outside furniture, including sun loungers. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £120 for each week. For your convenience, there is a telephone with a meter. Maid service is included four hours mid-week and at weekends. The towels are changed twice a week and the linen once a week. If required, extra maid service is available at £4.50 per hour.
