Situated between Alvor and Portimao, this modern, air-conditioned and fully furnished three-story villa with private swimming pool is located in an urbanisation called Mourinaha. This is in a fabulous location, perfect for groups of friends or large families. If you are a keen golfer, you'll be in seventh heaven. You are five minutes away from The Penina Championship Golf Course and the Penina Resort Golf Courses and within a stone's throw from the Palmares Golf Course. However, there is so much more in the area with Portimao just three kilometres away with it's waterfront, shopping and great selection of restaurants. The pretty town of Lagos is also close by. There are many beaches to choose from, many just minutes away. Children are not left out either. There are a number of Water Parks nearby including Slide and Splash, The Big One and Zoomarine. There is also the picturesque town of Silves that was once the Moorish capital of the Algarve. In these inland towns and Villages, you can sample a quieter and more relaxed way of life and maybe catch a flavour of what it was like in bygone days. The Accommodation consists of two doubles and two twin bedrooms, suitable for eight people. A further nine people can be accommodated using a double sofa bed and seven bed chairs. The property is newly furnished and is tastefully decorated throughout. There is a parameter fence for complete privacy and security. The swimming pool is 8x4 metres and there is an outside shower and large terrace area. The large sitting and dining room has patio doors leading to the pool and another on to a further terrace. The villa has a television. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, hob and multifunctional oven and microwave and there is a spacious terrace leading from the kitchen to the pool as well. There is also a large and private Roof Terrace on the 4th floor with spectacular views over the surrounding area. The Pool is regularly maintained and there is maid service during the week. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The cost during the winter months is negotiable, depending on length of stay and numbers
