This Five Star luxury villa is situated on a quiet residential estate just east of Albufeira. This well-located villa is within easy walking distance of the golden sands of Praia da Oura beach and also just a short walk to the famous "strip" where there is a wide selection of restaurants, shops and night life. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. The owners haven't missed an opportunity to make their home as luxurious and as comfortable as possible. On the top floor are the majority of the bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobes and access to the roof terrace with spectacular sea views. On the middle floor is a spacious sitting room with fireplace, a dining room with access to the pool area (which catches the sun all day) and a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Also on this floor is the television room with Sky Digital. The villa has Playstation 2 and a DVD player - so bring your games! On the ground floor is a large "play" area that has a pool table and the last of the bedrooms. In total the villa has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom, sleeping a total of nine people.
