Riviera Alto is a small residential community of just 25 apartments located in a quiet cul-de-sac. They have their own good sized pool set in beautifully kept landscaped terraced gardens. Surrounding the community are other similar communities of apartments and independent villas where a high percentage of owners live permanently. There are panoramic views from the balcony of the sea, mountains and Miraflores Golf Course which is only a few minutes walk away. This first floor apartment, set in landscaped terraced gardens with Swimming Pool and Car Parking, has a separate fully equipped American style kitchen. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of draw space and the bathroom also has a shower over the bath. The spacious Lounge/Diner leads onto a balcony, with dining furniture and a built in Barbecue, - there are lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea, Mountains and Golf Course. Shopping is made easy with supermarket, pharmacy, paper shop, restaurants, bars etc to be found at the entrance to the urbanisation and nearby, in Calypso, there is a friendly local market that is held twice a week for those special holiday purchases! Nearby facilities include 18 hole 72 par Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Pro-shop, Crazy Golf, Tennis, Paddle Tennis and Gym. Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance- even skiing! ....................

WHERE ARE WE? The property is in the Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport - a map will be provided. From this apartment beaches, shops and numerous bars and restaurants are all within walking distance for the fit and active although Car Hire is recommended for the property as this stretch of coast is quite hilly. Your own transport would also allow you to take full advantage of the many interesting places that there are to visit in this area. All that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction. A 25-minute drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views and donkeys! Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and Ronda are all within easy driving distance.
