Luxurious, detached villa located in a tranquil location on the residential hillside above the village of Salobrena with panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline, Salobrena village, and Sierra Nevada Mountains. Private large pool (4m x 10m), generous terraces, and mature gardens. Villa Renna is comprised of 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twins. This gives room for up to 6 people. A baby cot is also provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use and are changed weekly. Outside you will find a mature garden with many fruit trees, plenty of terraces (open and covered), 6 sun loungers, patio furniture and a built in BBQ. A covered car port is also available for parking. Our home was tastefully furnished and completely equipped in October 2003. Lounge area has satellite TV, DVD player, and a radio/CD player. Salobrena beaches, bars, shops, and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Two other local towns are within 15 minutes; Motril and Almunecar are very Spanish with market days and plazas. For nightlife Malaga has it all with its clubs, restaurants, and bars and during the day there are excellent shops and a bustling port. If you are a golfer, there are a couple of golf courses local to Villa Renna, closest is 5 minutes east of town at Campo de los Moriscos. If you prefer cultural/historic visits, the historic city of Granada is a mere 45 minute drive with its enchanting Alhambra Castle. Only just an hour away is the international ski-resort in the often snow–capped Sierra Nevada.
