The local area is centric, near Plaza España, but calmer and quieter, perhaps one of the ideal areas to know Barcelona from. You can get everywhere easily and quickly, but without the saleness, noise and pickpockets of the very centre. You have all the facilities around: transport to beaches, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, sports facilities... And it is at a walking distance of the Caixa Forum, the Trade Fair, the Miró Foundation, the National Catalan Art Museum, the Olympic Stadium, the Magic Fountain and the Poble Espanyol.
