The property offers the ultimate in privacy and Costa Rican luxury. Far from the tourist crowds, your only interruption will be parrots squawking overhead, waves crashing into shore, and howler monkeys calling from the adjacent hills. The property is designed for casual outdoor living and takes advantage of the incredible views and breezes from both the ocean and mountains. This is open-air living at its best. Decorated in rich papaya, watermelon, and turquoise chosen to reflect the sunset and ocean, the upper level consists of an expansive L-shaped living/dining area, a TV/game room, commercial kitchen, elevated observation deck with sitting area, two half bathrooms, and an extra large swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants and amazing views. A short walk down the brightly painted stairs leads you to the ten vibrantly decorated en-suite bedrooms, each with queen beds, large hot water showers, tiled floors, private patios with ocean views, and ceiling fans. Two of the adjoining rooms can be converted into a two-room suite if needed.
