IntraCoastal Waterfront Property. $1,250 per week for special events or $600 - $1,000 for other weeks. The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath and sleeps 6 with the pull out sofa in the sunroom. The furnishing style is eclectic and includes all the comforts one might desire for a relaxing vacation. The house is located in Port Orange, which is next to Daytona Beach and is located directly on the Intra Coastal waterway (Halifax River) in North East Florida. Port Orange is an easy one-hour drive from Orlando, which offers cheap airfare, car rentals and popular attractions such as Disney & SeaWorld. Cape Canaveral and Historic St. Augustine are also about one hour away. Daytona Beach is only 7 minutes over the bridge and is warm with a surf and beautiful pink sand. There is a management company to take care of the visitors and maintain the house. There is an added $120.00 cleaning fee for each stay paid to the management company. All bookings are subject to a deposit and security check. No pets or smoking allowed please.
