BED SETUP: Master has a Queen with a little balcony overlooking the Saco River & marina with gorgeous sunsets; one bedroom is a �walk-thru� bedroom with a Queen; 3rd bedroom has a full bed. Queen sleep sofa in the living room. Home will sleep 6 beds 8 total using the sleep sofa. Microwave, washer & dryer, dishwasher, large pantry, island in the kitchen along with the kitchen table, gas BBQ grille, cable TV (with basic cable). Internet connection which is on the desk. Just bring your laptop & plug in (it�s not wireless). They have a plug all set up for your laptop. Bath on 1st floor with shower; full bath 2nd floor, tub/shower combo. Large deck off the kitchen, overlooking the marina, again with beautiful sunsets. One-way traffic will pass this house coming into Camp Ellis and it�s busier at dinnertime because of the 2 restaurants nearby. Great house!! Parking for 4 cars in driveway. $1,800/wk. Only small dog is possible, with owners permission. X-tra $70 if bringing a dog.

MELLO - 39 Reggio Ave., Old Orchard (close to Ocean Park). An adorable 2-bedroom is on a dead-end street. You will hear the trains from here but at most places in OOB you will hear them. Great for small children as there is little traffic, large yard & 2 decks. Walk down Reggio, cross W. Grand to the beach, about 150 yards- about 2 minutes. To the pier in OOB; about 8-minute walk. Bed Setup: Each b/r has 1 queen bed & a door that goes out to the rear deck. A queen sleep sofa in the living room. Under the bed in the master b/r, there\'s a blow-up mattress to leave on the floor after pulling out from under or put in the living room area. Mello will sleep a total of 4 in beds 8 total utilizing the sleep sofa & a blow-up mattress. TV, VCR/DVD player, CD Cassette radio system, one bath with a shower/tub combo, cable, gas grille, washer/dryer, dishwasher,. Home has internet connection - just bring your laptop and plug in. $1,400/wk. Small dog possible.

(Which lets you avoid traffic on Saturday AM & PM + gives you a complete weekend at the house). New to rental market in 2009. Cute small 2 b/r house with enclosed porch and large back yard. Cable TV, microwave, ceiling fans in most rooms; A/C in living room & one bedroom, washer/dryer. BED SETUP: Master has a queen; 2nd b/r has a trundle bed which will open to sleep two (twin mattresses). Queen sleep sofa in living room for overnight guests. Sleeps 4 in beds; 6 with sleep sofa. Dining table on enclosed front porch. Home has a large back yard with gas BBQ grill & picnic table. There is parking for 2-3 cars. Walk down the street to the ocean, turn left & over 3 streets for access onto the beach-takes about 2 minutes. This is a dead-end street for traffic, good for little kids. BED SETUP: Master bedroom - Queen; 2nd bedroom (approx. 1 Queen & 1 sets of bunk beds (each with a twin mattress); 3rd bedroom (also approx. 1 full size bed & 1 twin bed. On the enclosed porch there�s a �click� sleep sofa, sleeps 1-2. Sleep sofa in the living room as well. Will sleep 9 in beds 12 using the sleep sofa in the living room & a �click� sleep sofa on the porch. There\'s a deck out front with a gas BBQ grille & patio set, large fenced-in back yard with a second patio set. Home has living room, dining room (which seats 8), kitchen, 1-1/2 baths. Full bath has a tub/shower combo; washer/dryer, microwave, stove, fridge, etc. Pretty flowers are in the front yard. Hardwood floors in large living room & 2 bedrooms. New tile floors in 2007 in the dining room, kitchen & 1st floor bath. Home is nice \'n clean as owners have allergies. Parking only for 3 cars to the left of the house in the driveway, up beside the fence. Most rooms have ceiling fans and there�s an air conditioner, which cools the downstairs.
