Only 30 minutes drive from the Coast and 70 minutes from Malaga Airport. 'Casa Angeles' is the ideal place for escaping for a while and forgetting noise, bustle and rush. Here you will be able to spend some time in absolute tranquility and enjoy communing with nature in the truest sense.

SALARES is a village of 237 inhabitants situated in the Axarqua region, on the "Route of the Mudejar". Its most beautiful feature is the minaret tower of Saint Ann's Church (formerly a mosque), declared National Historical Monument in 1979.

The village is characterised by its whitewashed houses of typically Moorish design and for its steep and winding streets. This is a very peaceful village in the foothills of the Almijara mountain range, and one of the best-preserved in Malaga. It is located only 65 km from Malaga and some 30 km from Torre del Mar. It takes about an hour and 15 minutes from the Malaga airport.

Because of the proximity to the coast, you can go on day-trips to the beach (30 minutes away), and also visit busier places like Nerja (with its famous caves), Torre del Mar (where you can sample the famous fried fish), Marbella, Torremolinos, Ronda, Antequera... You can also make one day-trips to places like Granada , where of course you can't miss the world-known Alhambra-palace.
