On the very top floor of the apartments is a viewing platform that gives spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco. Close by there are a number of Bars, Restaurants and even a mini-market. It is ideally placed for family holidays as there are a host of leisure activities, suitable for all generations of the family, available within the immediate surrounding area.

The apartment is in gated community that is set in spacious landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool. The apartments have gated surface parking and there is further public parking just outside the community entrances. Whilst this apartment is a ‘Garden’ apartment the road entrance is at level 2 but as there are both stairs and lifts to the apartment it would still be suitable for the elderly, infirm or wheelchair user. The front door opens into a generous hallway with the nicely equipped American style kitchen directly ahead. To the left is the spacious Lounge/Dining area, which is tastefully furnished with ample seating for all and a formal dining suite. There is a Satellite TV which offers several English Channels and a CD/Radio/Tape Stereo Player. Patio doors lead out onto the Terrace that has wonderful views of the pool, gardens and surrounding area. The property is in the popular Urbanisation of Calahonda, just a 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport along the main A7 (N340) Coastal Highway and right at the heart of the 'Costa del Golf'. The 9 Hole La Siesta Golf Course is literally next door and within a 20 minute drive there are some 15 other 18 Hole courses available for play all year.
