MY CONDO: "Village by the Sea" #632, or Kauhale Makai (Hawaiian)is an oceanfront property located in Kihei offering ocean and garden views. It consists of two six story buildings with elevators. The beach fronting the property is excellent for watching sunsets and is popular with windsurfers during the summer months. Kauhale Makai is a quiet family oriented property that offers central air conditioning, a nice pool area with Jacuzzi & children's wading pool, gas barbeques, saunas, putting green, shuffle board, laundry facilities and free parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, free local phone service, and private lanais. Yes!! This condo is Oceanfront... no road between us and the beach. It has Central Air conditiong. Only a couple of properties in Kihei have this. And parking is included. "Note: Recently remodelled.. New tile throughout and completely tiled in both bathrooms. Some more NEW furniture is still on the way so the pics don't show everything that is new." Lets talk story....thats the Hawaiian way...... We sure love sitting on the Lanai (balcony), watching the whales play in the surf during the winter months. It makes ones heart jump with excitement. OR watching and listening to all the beautifully colored, exotic birds as they flutter here and there and come visit you as you are having breakfast on your lanai. It is truly a moment to cherish. As we look directly below us, we see children playing in the pool and adults getting in that last minute tan before they have to leave. And when it gets too hot outside from a day of sightseeing or beaching... it is always refreshing to come home, turn on the central air conditioner for a few moments, and cool down.
