This 75 sq m comprises of 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, the other full bathroom has a tub with shower attachment, the 3rd bedroom is reached by a flight of stairs and is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. The living room has comfortable seating for 5 and dinning table with 6 chairs, there is cable TV with 40 channels, the fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove with oven and 4 burner hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. The utility room off the inside patio has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. FREE 24 hour BROADBAND INTERNET with Ethernet cable connection. Mini guided tour of the area on arrival by Mary who's mother tongue is English. She lives 10 minutes away and can answer all your questions. When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when longer than a month. For last minute bookings, stays of 3 nights & reservations less than one month in advance will have to be paid immediately in full. Rates are all inclusive, there are not additional fees for utilities, cleaning or taxes. Maid service once a week, bed linen and towels changed weekly.
