This property is completely secluded, private and quiet, yet is located just four minutes drive from lively Airlie Beach. Abel Point Marina is three minutes away and is a great place to start exploring the Whitsunday’s and Great Barrier Reef. The elevated property has full-length verandas with amazing sea and valley views over the Whitsunday’s and out to the Whitsunday Islands. The house has been recently refurbished and renovated. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe and king size bed with views over the valley and out to sea. The second bedroom backs on to the rainforest with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The lounge room and living areas have magnificent views and the house is equipped with a brand new 76cm Plasma television, stereo, hairdryers, CD and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. Undercover and garaged parking for at least three cars is also available at no extra charge.
