It is located on a wooded 1.6 acre site near the lagoon and Hines Point in the town of Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts. While sitting on the front porch this house is classic New England. The back patio is reminiscent of a villa in Tuscany. The two story great room with fireplace is the perfect room for entertaining. It is done in a warm Moroccan style and has a full wall of glass that looks out to the grounds. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens and top of the line dinnerware and pots and pans. There is a supply of spices for guests to use. The dining area accommodates 10 guests.
