Reef Club Condo 5120: This unit can be rented as a studio, a 1 bedroom or a 2 br unit. The entire unit has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 private bathrooms It offers fabulous full sea view from 1 bedroom and the living room. It offers a television in each bedroom and one in the living room. It also offers Satellite Television (US programming), Free High Speed Internet Access (bring your own laptop), Free local calls, Free Long distance to the US and Canada, and 2 DVD/CD players. It has 2 safes for your valuables. The master bedroom opens to an oceanfront veranda which is a great place to hang out and salute the sunset with a margarita. A couple of steps down and your feet hit powdery white sand, a few more strides and you are swimming or snorkeling in the Caribbean The kitchen is fully furnished including a microwave, coffee-maker, stove and refrigerator. There is also a kitchenette in the master bedroom. 5120 can also be divided into a a 1 BR or a Studio. The 1 BR unit or the studio can be rented separately. The units are separated by 2 sets of locked doors. In such a case the part of the unit not rented is locked off. It can be rented to someone else. Maximum Occuancy: 2 BR: 6 guests 1 BR: 4 guests Studio: 2 guests CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY: Construction has been finished on building 1. However, owners may still be furnishing and finishing their interiors. This can create some noise. Building 2 is approximately 50 yards from building 1. Its exterior construction is finished. The interiors are now being installed. Building 4 is approximately 150 yards from Building 1. Its exterior construction is nearly finished. Interior installation will follow. Building 3 will be approximately 200 yards from building 1. It has not yet been begun.
