Both bedrooms have TV/DVD plavers. Extra sleeping space is available with the sleep sofa in the great room. The kitchen was professionally designed with the cook in mind, and everthing in it is brand new! Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a new washer and dryer. REMEMBER....THIS IS NOT A BARE BONES RENTAL....IT IS OUR HOME..and equipped as such. Sliding doors off the great room open to a screened-in porch overlookng one of the widest , deepest and most beautiful canals in Key Largo. A new daybed has been added to the porch ans is a favorite place to catch a nap or read a good book. Enjoy the waterview from the porch or enjoy it from the BRAND NEW TIKI HUT/OUTDOOR FAMILY ROOM and landscaped backyard where you can relax while you nap in the huge 2 person hammock, grill out or fish off the patio area which is right next to the water. If fishing is not your thing....it's just fun to sit there and watch the boats...the birds...the manatees...whatever happens to be passing by. The dock area has a fish cleaning station, shower, water and electric. Our guests will have their own private storage room to stow gear, suitcases, fishing equipment etc. This romantic hideaway is ready and waiting for people who like to be ON THE WATER and just moments from the greatest fishing and diving in the world! Molasses Reef is only minutes from our front door!! Pennekamp State Park is only 2 miles away. Dive on many of the famed wrecks such as The Spiegel Grove, The Bentwood, and The Bibb and Duane. The Key Largo Marine Sanctuary and the Christ of the Abyss are also popular sites for divers and snorkelers.
