Since the condo is not oceanfront, but across the street, we have a very affordable price for this luxury Ponce Inlet condominium. The building is a modern and attractive condominium complex, on S. Atlantic Avenue steps from the no-drive beach and moments from the famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. It also has a large ocean view balcony and a sparkling swimming pool is available for your use if you want to take a dip or just lay out under the sun. The interior or the unit is tastefully decorated with luxury in mind. New tiled floors and an in-unit washer and dryer will make you feel right at home. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. You can relax on your vacation, since the condo is equipped with elevators. And go ahead and bring your own car or a rental, since your condo rental comes with open unassigned parking spaces. We permit up to 3 vehicles for this condo (usually there is only 1 assigned spot). We also permit trailers which can be parked across a few feet away in the parking lot of the pizzeria next door. This is pre-approved and is a free service. There is a convenience store open until 10 pm every day (Champs) and the Italian restaurant next door – Jerry’s pizzeria. You will find plenty to do on your vacation. Besides the Lighthouse, Ponce Inlet also offers its own Marine Science Center complete with an artificial reef aquarium, Sea Turtle Rehabilitation center, and a Seabird Rehabilitation Sanctuary. Ponce Inlet also has some of the best fishing and seafood in the area. Plus, just a few minutes' drive away is Daytona Beach and all it has to offer.
