This Daytona Oceanfront Beach House located on a traffic-free section of Daytona Beach is located in a quaint residential area known as Wilbur-by-the-Sea - only minutes from the heart of Daytona. This wonderful home sleeps 8. It is a 2BR/2BA 1500 sq/ft Beach House. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and two queen futons in the living room. It comes fully equipped with washer and dryer, all linens, towels, utensils, TVs, DVD players, and CD players. It also has a double enclosed garage. Parking is ample at this home for four cars and a trailer. This home is built only a few feet from the sand. You will not have to crawl through 100 yards of bushes. Instead you just walk a few feet to the soft white sand. The sand compostion is white, soft sand without stones or rocks. The brand-new rooftop veranda overlooks the Halifax River to the West and the Atlantic Ocean just below. No matter where you look, the views are incredible. The beach house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Please note only 1 bath is located inside the home. The other is an outdoor shower which has been built onto the back of the house facing the ocean. It is a fully enclosed shower stall for full privacy with panoramic ocean views. It is excellent for those with disabilities. The views from the living room are some of the most breathtaking views that one would ever hope to enjoy. The billiards table will provide entertainment for the more active person. The three TVs, VCR, DVD and CD players are provided for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range, over-sized refrigerator, blender, microwave, waffle maker, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, all utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. The hot tub overlooking the ocean - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a new gas grill ready for your cook-outs while watching the ocean change from blue to green and back again. Every day is a new color show.
