Located on a farm, with a horse, chickens, ducks and geese at the Summit in Upper Ojai, 8 miles from the city of Ojai. The house was redone in 2005 and a large koi pond added in 2006. Lots of privacy and views with easy access to beaches, mountains, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles
