Inside the private Shipyard Plantation, Beachwalk is closest villa complex to the beach, just a short walk down a shady path. This unit comes equipped with free unlimited high speed internet access and the use of two free adult bikes. Our nautical-style villa has an eat-in kitchen with microwave, dining room that seats six, and large living room with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and VCR. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and VCR with walk in closets, while the guest room has two double beds, a TV, and stocked with plenty of books, puzzles, and games for the kids. Infant port-o-crib, stroller, toddler's booster chair, and other pre-school items available in the unit. Also we provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, child helmets, and other family beach gear. No Smoking. Sorry, No Pets are permitted. Relax in the exclusive, serene surroundings of Shipyard Plantation while also being conveniently located to a multitude of recreational activities. Across the street you will find the world-class Van der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club with 20 courts. There are miles of bike trails that wind under the majestic live oaks. If you enjoy golf, you will love the 27 holes of championship golf where you can watch the native bird population glide through the remote lagoons. The community pool is just steps away from the villa or you can take advantage of our Wonder Wheeler Beach Cart. Load it up with all your towels, cooler, chairs, and beach gear to easily wheel it to the beach. Do not forget to stop at the new Shipyard beach house to enjoy a fresh drink on the deck overlooking the dunes. We are also within walking distance to the Crowne Plaza hotel where you can choose from three restaurants or an indoor/outdoor bar. Very nearby you have access to horseback riding, dolphin watching, boat tours, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and great outlet shopping. Something for everyone!
