We have one condo which sleeps 4. The minimum rental period is two weeks: $1600 for 2 and $1800 for 4. The monthly rates are $2200 for 2 and $2400 for 4 people. These prices include all fees and taxes. There are no additional cleaning fees. Los Osos is centrally located and is minutes away from Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Cambria, Pismo and Availa Beach. Our property is right next door to Sea Pines 9 hole golf course (Open to the Public). There are also several 18 hole golf courses and world-class vineyards, all within a half hour drive from our property. From the condos you can walk to the southern most point of Morro Bay (approximately a two block distance) or cross over the dunes to the Pacific ocean (another two block distance) that is part of Montana de Oro State Park. Montana de Oro State Park is a ten minute drive from our door. This is a wonderful place to hike, have picnics, or go exploring the tide pools. Or stay at our property and have a picnic at your own picnic table with a panoramic view.
