A family, including small children, or a couple wanting a bit of extra room, will find the apartment accommodations at Bahia Laguna very appealing. That is assuming that the swimming pool right outside the door and the 500' of private Caribbean beach a few steps farther are also on the must have list. The kids will face the challenge of climbing the sand "mountains" built on the beach or feeding the turtles in the courtyard pond. Enjoy the view of the Maya Mountains the inner and outer lagoons and the beautiful sunset from our third floor sun deck. Bahia Laguna is situated on 10 acres of land fronting 500 feet on the Caribbean Sea and extends westward across the peninsula to the Placencia Lagoon. The lagoon, which is connected to the sea, provides excellent fishing and boating. A lagoon marina area has been partially excavated. There is a seaside "family" style pool featuring a series of plateaus- -(also great for adults working on a tan while staying cool)- - enabling children of any age to enjoy water at their comfort depth. The apartment has an enclosed seafront porch with table, chairs, and hammock, living room with couch, loveseat, table and chairs, TV; kitchen furnished with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposer and microwave; laundry with washer & dryer; bathroom; bedroom with queen size bed, another room with bunk beds and a single bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The living room and bedroom are air-conditioned. .We will shop and provision for arrival if provided with a food shopping list. DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND WHEN DUE TO GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY: 30% at time of reservation, balance 30 days before arrival. (If unpaid, reservation will be considered cancelled & offered to others.) Payment by check or money order must be allowed to clear 30 days. Last minute standbys must pay in US currency upon arrival. No reservation will be held unless fully paid. CANCELLATION POLICY: 10% cancellation fee up to 20 days before arrival. No refund after that unless apartment is rented by someone else.
