Unit 2 Front Bedroom The overlarge Unit 2 front bedroom includes a queen sized bed, ample closet space, two large mirrors and a custom built dresser made from the local exotic wood, primivera. This photo shows the foot of the bed and our wrap-around balcony that is loaded with plants and has a nice view of our great neighborhood.
Rear Bedrooms The rear bedrooms in Unit 2 and Unit 3 feature locking closets with metal doors where you can leave your valuables. All our rear bedrooms feature full room wide folding doors leading to balconies that overlook our interior courtyard.
Aquiles Serdan Built on a corner lot, more than 1,000 sq ft per unit, open and airy, great views, large roof top sunning and social garden area.
Unit 3 Kitchen Built with the open construction style we prefer, the Unit 3 dining and kitchen areas have few walls and lots of full-wide doors and windows. We love our ocean breezes!
Unit 3 Living Room This living room is right off the terrace and has a great view of the mountainside. At night, fold this sofa out into a queen sized bed--wait until you see the night view!
Unit 2 Kitchen The Unit 2 kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, cooking implements, and tableware for your dining pleasure. The tangerine painting on the rear wall was painted for us by a local prominent artist.
Unit 3 Dining Room Loads of storage, beautiful decor and an open architectual style.

Our home is only 6 blocks from Los Muertos beach, and is easy walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants, supermarkets, art galleries, nightlife, bookstores, the flea market and many other funky shops. We are only 2 blocks from that little swinging bridge that crosses the Rio Caule over to the island in the middle of the river--the site of Puerto Vallarta's Cultural Center. Here, local artists give lessons in painting, drawing, guitar, theatre, and more.
