Danforth Village, sometimes referred to as “Greek Town” is a vibrant community which neighbors Broadview/Danforth to the West and Greenwood/Danforth to the East. To the West, in the Playter Estates area, is the Carrot Common with its’ many fine cafes and shops. A little further East is the choice selection of Greek restaurants, tavernas, boutiques and speciality shops. One block south of the Danforth is Withrow Park, bordering Logan Ave. to Carlaw Ave. It is a haven for relaxation, walking, skating, running and socializing with the many dog owners.
