The property has walking / hiking trails where you will see squirrel monkeys, sloths, whiteface monkeys, butterflies, frogs, coatis, and lots of exotic plants. House sits opposite beautiful sand beaches lined with coconut and cashew trees. The waves on the beach north of Villa Mariposa are gentle enough for swimming and relaxing. From Villa Mariposa south, you'll find larger waves that are perfect for surfing.
