The building is new (Dec 2005) and is located in Central Halifax near Stadicona Naval Base, the two bridges linking Halifax to Dartmouth, and minutes from downtown.

This is a quiet building with mostly seniors who share a common room and courtyard. The unit is suitable for mature individuals and couples who are responsible and quiet. This is not a place for partying as noise of any sort is not tolerated.
