Our villa has 400 Sq m of living space excluding verandas and patios. It has 3 bedrooms, a study (doubles as a bedroom), living room, dinning room and two family rooms. It is facing south (including the swimming pool) and has panoramic views from all areas or the villa. All three bedrooms are on the second floor with one of the family rooms. The study/bedroom, living room, dinning room, kitchen and family room are on the first floor on the same level. Perfect for any guest with any kind of physical disability or small child. With the exception of the wood flooring in the bedrooms, all the rest of the floors are of beautiful white marble. All window treatments are specially designed and made by interior decorator. The kitchen cabinetry is rich rosewood and the refrigerator is oversize double door (side by side) with water and ice dispenser. The back yard sports a good size BBQ area with a huge wooden table from the 1700s. You can BBQ and have your party out there next to the rose garden. Ah, last but not least, the swimming pool!
