A beautiful and private 4 bedroom self- catering house on this popular urbanisation (2kms Nerja centre) with communal pool and gardens and only a short stroll to the beach.

This beautifully maintained, modern, bright 4 bedroom town house is located on the white Andalucian style private development of Tropicana in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a shaded area of trees leading to other parts of the urbanisation.. There is plenty of space to park outside. This delightful house is only a minute’s stroll from the attractive communal swimming pool/children’s pool with bar/restaurant and approx 5 mins stroll from the mile long beach. The pool is for the private use of Tropicana residents and their guests. The area has a quiet and relaxed feel suitable for families.

Nerja town centre is approx 20mins on foot and is reached by a pleasant beach walkway (illuminated at night) passing several rustique tapas bars, a regular bus service from the bus stop 5 mins away or a short taxi ride. Car hire is not essential.

There are three terraces facing north and south providing sun and shade at all times. The north terrace has magnificent views of the Almijara range of mountains and there are archways leading in to the house on the south terrace providing shade at all times. The lower terrace leads down to a small garden with a few fruit trees.
