An outstanding 3 bedroom villa with stunning views situated only 1km/5mins by car away from Frigiliana village centre. ( Also available as a 4 bedroom villa ). There is a large private swimming pool, numerous gardens and terraces, BBQ areas. Only a 15 minute drive to Nerja and the coast. ( Sleeps up to 6 people, with separate Casita at additional cost ).
SITUATION
The property is in a secluded location overlooking the Frigiliana countryside down to the sea in the distance yet it is only a 15 minute walk to Frigiliana. It is approached via a 1km mainly concrete, also dirt road which is easily accessible by a normal car. The property enjoys complete privacy and tranquillity with numerous garden and terrace areas to relax in.
DESCRIPTION
An excellent Villa, furnished to a very high standard and set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings yet only a few minutes drive from the quaint village of Frigiliana with its restaurants, bars and shops. There is a beautifully furnished sitting and dining room, modern kitchen, separate utility room, 4 bedrooms ( 1 in the Casita separate from main villa ), with three bathrooms, two of which are in the main villa. There are terraces, gardens and lawns all around the property giving the choice of all day sun bathing or to relax in the shade during the hottest part of the day .Fantastic views to mountains and sea.
