Nerja villas apartments - Las Flores no.1 ISFLO

Las Flores #1 is the first and most southerly of a cluster of pueblo style townhouses built into a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The entrance is from a small and shady private courtyard area. You enter the house on the 'top' floor where there is a fully fitted luxury kitchen and the main salon and dining area. There is a circular balcony leading from here where garden dining furniture is provided. From this balcony there are views of the Sierra Almijara mountains to the north and the sea to the south. There are further 'French windows' in the salon all looking out to the southerly view over the surrounding area and the sea. There is a spacious cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin on this upper level too.

Downstairs there are two double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with twins). Both of these bedrooms have full bathrooms ensuite. Both bedrooms lead on to a south facing balcony which has the same southerly views as those from the salon upstairs.

There is a huge roof terrace on top of the house which is ideal for soaking up the rays, BBQ's or just admiring the magnificent view from this 'crow's nest' position.

There is a large pool at ground floor level for the exclusive use of guests at Las Flores. This is accessed through a gate at the side of #1 and descending some steps beside the house.

Newly built in 1999 this house has been beautifully furnished and decorated. The principal colour scheme is white with splashes of bright Mediterranean colour introduced in the furniture and soft furnishings. There are marble floors throughout. Flores 1 has a washer, microwave, full digital satelite TV receiving all the UK terrestrial stations, BBC 1& 2, ITV 1, C4 & C5 in addition to the usual satelite channels.

Situated in one of the best residential areas in Nerja, the Burriana Beach is just 5 or 6 minutes quiet walk away and the centre of Nerja is some 15 minutes stroll or few minutes by car.
