Casa do Prado is a four bedroom detached villa with private pool situated in a quiet area just five minutes walk from the village of Guia and a thirty five minute drive from Faro Airport. The villa is tastefully furnished and very spacious.
Accommodation consists of three double bedrooms and one family bedroom. There is one full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, three shower rooms and a WC. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor and have French doors leading out onto the rear gardens. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The sitting room is spacious and has a real fire for those cooler winter months. There is satellite television, a video player, DVD player, CD player, board games. There is a separate dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. There is a small dining area in the kitchen. There is a games room which has a football table, air hockey table and table tennis table. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace and gardens. There is a built-in barbecue and furniture for al fresco dining. The villa has its own parking. The Algarve Shopping Centre is approximately quarter of a mile away. The centre has a multi-screen cinema, bowling alley, thirty two restaurants and bars and numerous shops.
