Villa Malindi is a six bedroom villa with its own pool just a short fifteen minute walk to the beach. Set in a quiet residential area, it is in a central position for the restaurants, bars and shops of Praia da Oura The villa has recently been refurnished and modernized throughout. Accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, one having an en-suite bathroom and three twin bedrooms. There two shower rooms and a further full bathroom.
The villa has two sitting/dining rooms. The main sitting room has a satellite television, DVD player and CD player The kitchen is well-equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher amongst its appliances. The villa has the added benefit of an additional kitchenette. There is a laundry room wish a washing machine and dryer. The villa has a beautiful pool and there is an outside shower and WC. There is off-street parking as well. Malindi has maid service five days a week and with all linens provided. There is a safe and telephone. Praia Da Oura is famous for the "strip", a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn! There is a good selection of golf courses within a short drive and water slide parks and a zoo marine for the children.
