The Kastellakia Bay Villas are located in the quiet south of the island, or, a leisurely 20-minute drive from Kea's port Korissia. The Villas of the complex - Phil & Maria - are situated on a 1.4-acre beachfront plot, sharing the same breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and sunset over distant Cape Sounio. The Villas are completely isolated, offering much wanted privacy, the closest village, Poisses, being 1.5 km away. The picturesque village of Koundouros with its luxury villas and famous sand beaches is no more than a 10-minute drive. The Kastellakia Villas boast a uniquely beautiful location and a single feature, which makes them first, choice for many guests with families: an 80 meter-long secluded beach with crystal-clear transparent aqua-blue waters, right at the edge of the property. To make it even better, except for Villa guests, few have access to it!
