You can rent our 2-bedroom house's (Casa Carla and Casa Julia)that sleeps up to six people, right across the road from the most wonderful beach on the Riviera Maya, Xcacel Beach. The beach has crystal clear blue water, a sandy bottom and is also a turtle nesting sanctuary. The house's are located 10 minutes from Tulum and 25 minutes from Playa Del Carmen. Secure area in a small village called Chemuyil. Afordable rates at 550-600 USD/week, 1000 USD/two weeks. For long term rentals discounts can be easily negogiated.
