The suite is $75.00 a night or $500.00 a week inclusive. (NO other charges) Check in is 2:00pm or later and Check out is 11:00am. When your dates are agreed upon by both parties we ask for a $100.00 deposit to be made to hold your booking through Paypal, which goes toward your total. Commercial Drive is just a five minute walk away. The Drive is also known for its eclectic mix of people and cultures, and has fabulous cafes, shops, restaurants, markets, theatres , Gelato shops, and deli's. The area is also known as Grandview / Woodlands and has great markets just a few blocks away for groceries, restaurants and deli's. The suite is 5 to 10 minutes from downtown by car. We are 2 Blocks from the main buses that run downtown every 10 mins. Close to Broadway/Commercial Drive Sky-train transit station that connects with all the other monorail (skytrain lines) Close to the Bridge to the North Shore and it's majestic mountains. Templeton Community centre with an indoor pool and tennis courts, is just a 5 min. walk away. We are also close to New Brighton Park, a park with captivating views of the North Shore, Burrard Inlet, walking trails, outdoor pool, beach areas, and tennis courts. Trout Lake at John Hendry Park which hosts the Illuminaires Lantern Festival at the end of July, and has a fabulous Farmer's market on summer weekends. Trout Lake Farmers Market Saturdays, May 8 -October 23, 9am - 2pm each week. We are also only abouta 5 minute walk away from the Wise Hall: which stands for the:(Welsh, Irish, Scottish, English) Club. In the winter hosts the farmers market inside.
