This beautiful Quinta nestles in the hills above Bouliqueime and enjoys magnificent panoramic views right along the coastline from Spain in the east, Vilamoura in the south and to Albufeira in the west. The local village of Bouliqueime has all the necessary facilities including supermarket, bank, cafes and bars. The villa is twenty minutes from Faro airport and five kilometres inland from Vilamoura. Quinta da Margarida has been totally renovated by the current owners and is furnished to a high standard in the traditional Portuguese style. This, together with the retention of the original tiled floors has restored this very lovely property to its former appeal. Accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, two large twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating. The villa has three large sitting rooms in total and a large dining room. There is satellite television and a telephone. All these rooms have air-conditioning and heating. The large kitchen is fully-fitted and well-equipped and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The swimming pool (10mx5m) is heated and is surrounded by a large terrace with a choice of shady areas. There is a terrace for outside dining and a barbecue. The tennis court is set in the magnificent established gardens. The fabulous Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Salgados golf courses are a short drive away. There are two water parks, go-karting, zoo marine, sailing, scuba-diving, fishing, boat trips and the nightlife of Vilamoura and Albufeira a short distance away. Maid service is provided five days a week. Linen and towels are provided although Clients are asked to bring their own towels for the pool and the beach. There is a cot and high chair available at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa and no pets are allowed. The pool heating is charged on a consumption basis.
