In the heart of the panoramic and quiet Valsolda, on Lugano Lake, an elegant and comfortable large 1940 Villa with private garden is ideal for relaxing and peaceful holidays. The house has been builded by the architect Fontana and it is on three floors. The villa is surrounded by a fully equipped garden- tables, decorated with splendid limes and hortensias, from which is possible to get to the lake thanks to a small private beach. The Lake is absolutely fantastic for fishermen, beacuse it is full of fishes and very amusing. The villa is fully equipped and has antique, elegant fornitures, wooden and marble floors, wooden ceilings. Ground floor: sunny living-room area with a fireplace and large windows, TV; a dining room with a long "fratina" table for a maximum of 16 seats. Close to the dining area, a romantic covered balcony with a panoramic view on the lake and the Albogasio belfry. A large fully equipped kitchen with a door on the garden. Washing-machine, dish-washer, fridge, iron & iron stove, all kitchen settings for a max. of 12 guests. One bathroom with shower. First floor: three bedrooms and a large bathroom for a total of 6/7 sleeps. Single beds that can form king size beds. Second floor: (This floor can be independent from the rest of the house and can be rented separately). Two bedrooms for a total of 4 guests, a small living room with a kitchen corner, a bathroom.
