Spacious, very sunny, 60 m2 flat, with a small balcony with lots morning sun, on the penthouse floor (ático), fifth floor. It has been renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture. On a modern building with recently renewed elevator. A nice bright spacious living room with one double sofa beds which opens up to a balcony with tropical wood flooring with plants plants. A large comfortable dining area with table and chairs for six. One bedroom with closet space and two single beds. One bedroom with closet space and a double bed. Complete bathroom with shower and one half bathroom with toilet. Double glazing and special laminated silence glass in windows. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

In what was the frontier between the new development (circa 1820’s) of Barcelona, called “L’Eixample” (the expansion) and the old village of Gracia. Being in the heart of Barcelona you are at walking distance to nearly everything of interest in town and also very well connected with lots of buses, metro and subway lines. Booking fee: 10 euros due to management expenses. Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 55 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the rates.

Breakage or damage deposit: The owner asks for a deposit of 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Late arrival fee: Arrivals between 21:00Hs and 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 30.00 euros; Arrivals after 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 50.00 euros. These surcharges must be paid cash on arrival.

Low Season: November 2nd to December 18th, January 5th to February 12th and February 22nd to March 31st.

Normal Season: December 19th to January 4th, February 13th to February 21st and April 1st to November 1st.
